Tropical Storm Andrea is expected to churn up the Eastern Seaboard, bringing heavy rain, flooding and the possibility of isolated tornadoes from Florida to Maine.

The first named storm of this year's Atlantic hurricane season taking direct aim at Florida. Tropical Storm Andrea is starting to bear down on the state's West Coast and spawning at least one tornado. A tropical storm warning is in effect from north of Fort Myers to just south of Tallahassee.
