The first named storm of this year's Atlantic hurricane season taking direct aim at Florida. Tropical Storm Andrea is starting to bear down on the state's West Coast and spawning at least one tornado. A tropical storm warning is in effect from north of Fort Myers to just south of Tallahassee.

An incredible discovery as a survivor was pulled from the rubble of a collapsed building in Philadelphia. Six people were killed and 13 others were injured when the building which was in the process of being demolished collapsed onto a thrift store. A search and rescue operation continues this morning at the site.

Developing right now - the feds reportedly obtaining a top secret court order requiring Verizon to turn over the telephone records of millions of Americans to the National Security Agency on a daily basis!
The newspaper "the guardian" reports the order was issued at the request of the FBI. The information being turned over to the NSA includes "originating and terminating" telephone numbers - as well as the location, time and duration of all the calls.
According to the report the order does not require the content of the conversations to be turned over.
