Last week, the jury deadlocked during the sentencing phase of Jodi Arias’ trial. Eight jurors wanted the death penalty, four others held out for life, forcing the judge to declare a mistrial. Christine Romans has more on what went on inside the jury room and why the jurors couldn’t make a unanimous decision to sentence Arias.
She deserves nothing short of the death sentence, that will wipe that smirk off her face for good
Didn't she want to the death penalty? What is the problem here? There wouldn't have been much of a debate in this matter.
Agreed. She Stabbed the fella 27 or so times, shot him and slit his throat almost decapitating him.
What do they want–
A Country with Failed and or No Justice: they've got it!
I wouldn't have thought twice about voting for the dealth penalty in this case. It was truly overkill.
