(CNN) - Rivalry? What rivalry?
Late-night talk show hosts Jay Leno and Jimmy Fallon, who've been pitted against each other as rumors fly that NBC is mulling a changing of the guard, made light of their situation Monday night, by belting a show tune together.
"Tonight, tonight, who's going to host 'Tonight?' Is it going to be Jimmy or Jay?" the pair sang in a parody of "Tonight" from the Broadway musical "West Side Story."
The rumor mill has Fallon, 38, taking over 62-year-old Leno's job as host of NBC's "Tonight Show," and Leno has responded with pointed barbs at his employer that have seen his ratings rise.
"In the news, they say I'm replacing you, they think that I can woo, the demo," Fallon sang.

Seoul, South Korea (CNN) - The South Korean president on Monday warned North Korea that any provocative moves will be met with "a strong response" as the United States deployed stealth fighter jets in the tense region as part of joint military exercises.
"If there is any provocation against South Korea and its people, there should be a strong response in initial combat without any political considerations," President Park Geun-hye said at a meeting with senior defense and security officials, according to her office.
Her comments came after North Korea rattled off fresh volleys of bombastic rhetoric over the weekend, declaring that it had entered a "state of war" with the South and labeling the U.S. mainland a "boiled pumpkin," vulnerable to attack.
On "Early Start" this morning, CNN's Kyung Lah reports on South Korea's response to North Korea's increasingly hostile rhetoric.

Kaufman County, Texas (CNN) - Frayed nerves and a palpable tension cloak this quiet Texas county as half a dozen agencies hunt for the killer or killers bent on taking out top criminal justice officials.
