    Regarding the "Idiot"sign – Bring back the wooden stocks and public humiliation of the 1700s. Judges should order the violator be placed in the stocks in the public square or outside the courthouse. Passersby can hurl tomatoes and other soft fruit as well as slurs of derision at the criminal for their aberrant behavior and disregard for the public good.
