Many say Jordan is the United States' best chance at bringing home Olympic gold.

This week there's a bill up on the hill to end income discrimination based on gender. It's called the "Paycheck Fairness Act" and it was defeated in the Senate. Who would oppose equal pay for women and men, you might ask?
That's exactly the question comedian Dean Obeidallah asks in his column, "Do Women Really Deserve to Be Paid the Same as Men?" Though the title is meant to pick up some eyebrows, Obeidallah is actually arguing for lawmakers to do something to reach earning equality.
"I propose that every Senator who opposes this legislation be paid only 77 cents for each dollar paid to their Congressional counterparts who support the law," Obeidallah writes.
Senate Republicans say it's not fair to think that they're opposed to equal pay for women. Republican Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nev.) says it's a matter of the details.
"Unfortunately, the only winners under this legislation would be trial lawyers, giving them a windfall, exposing employers to unemployed punitive damages," Heller says.
Dean Obeidallah talks with Ashleigh on "Early Start" this morning to explain if he thought political posturing was getting in the way of legislation on equal pay for women.
From CNN medical producer John Bonifield:
CT scans expose children to radiation that could give them cancer, according to a review of children’s imaging data published Wednesday in the British medical journal Lancet.
The researchers estimate that for every 10,000 computed tomography scans performed on children aged 10 or younger, one additional child will get a brain tumor and another additional child will get leukemia within a decade of the first scan. These cancers wouldn’t otherwise be expected, even if none of the imaging was done.
Elizabeth Cohen explains this new study and whether your child should get a CT scan.
