Did Beyoncé fake it at the inauguration? AlwaysAList's Jawn Murray weighs in

FROM CNN'S POLITICAL TICKER:

Washington (CNN) – Pop star Beyoncé opted to use a "pre-recording" of her rendition of the National Anthem during inaugural ceremonies in Washington Monday, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Marine Band told CNN Tuesday.

U.S. Marine Band spokeswoman Kristen DuBois said early Tuesday that "we know why the decision was made," adding that the pop star "did not actually sing," but instead lip-synched her own voice.

Later in the day, however, the Marine Corps said in a statement that no one in their organization "is in a position to assess whether [Beyoncé's vocal performance] was live or pre-recorded."

The conflicting reports from the Marines have yet to be clarified by a statement from Beyoncé or her representatives, who have not responded to CNN's requests for comment.

This morning on "Early Start," AlwaysAList.com's Jawn Murray on reports that singer Beyoncé lip synched the National Anthem at the inauguration.

What is there to figure out? You can HEAR her voice singing over the pre-recording. She did not lipsync she sang over her own voice JUST LIKE WHITNEY DID at the super bowl. During the ceremonyIyou can clearly hear two voices, I was not surprised, because often at super bowls and other televised out-door performances it is the standard in order to ensure that the voice matches the singer on the television. Taking out her earpiece is a clear sign that she was trying to sing over the voice, because it was throwing her off. Why won't someone do their job and interview a qualified sound engineer? .

it doesnt really matter if she lipped sang or not because so many other singers lip sing because of the croud and nervousness....at concerts not all singers sing, they will lip sing, it was a big event but why does it matter?
