    In you section best advice I watch it every day in the gym. I know that you should be an important person to give advice but I thought I would share a bit of advice I received from my father some 60 years ago when I tried to explain why I hurt my self the same way twice. He said "If the dog bites you once It's the dogs fault if he bites you twice it's your fault. Best advice I ever received. You don't know how many times I used that when addressing my employees.
