    First, I agree with the assessment of the buditegng process . I experienced those discussions when I was in the Service; Next year's budget is based on what we spend this year, so we need to spend a lot. I would like to offer the argument that we the people, could allocate 90% of the previous years budget for at least 3 4 years and not see any real decline in the quality of government services. Only decline would be what the MSM wants us to believe.The government is inefficient by design, we need some fresh designers.

    Why are people so dumb?! Ethanol is a scam! It takes a gallon of gas to make a gallon of ethanol! Now we are burning twice as much and spending money we don't have to. Someone is getting rich off this scam, because people have been lied to and are too ignorant t knw any better! Wake up America, you've been lied to!
