Farmers continue to struggle as drought ravages crops – Christine Romans reports from Davenport, Iowa

As half the nation suffers through the worst drought in 50 years, its toll is being felt especially hard by US farmers.

More than 90% of the country's corn crops are in drought-ravaged areas and the price of corn is up more than 50% in the last 6 weeks – hitting an all time record on Monday.

This morning on "Early Start," Christine Romans reports live from Davenport, Iowa where she's talking to local farmers about how the drought will continue to affect food prices.
