Swimmers in Cape Cod are on high alert this week after a pair of great white sharks were seen swimming just off shore. This comes one week after three other sharks were spotted in the same area, marking the first official shark sightings of the summer.
Beaches have not been officially closed, but the local harbormaster has issued a warning telling swimmers to stay away from the area's seals, which are known to be a favorite snack for the white sharks.
Shark specialist Greg Skomal explains to Ashleigh on "Early Start" this morning why more sharks are making their way to northern beaches during the summer.
Just Kill all the sharks so the higher species, Humans, can live free from their terror.........
Where there's seals there's sharks. Duh!
ummm... Swimming in THEIR territory... lets keep that in mind.
Going to need a bigger boat!
Hi Dan! Nice to hear from you. I'm sure you had a wonderful time in Las Vegas. I'd like to visit there, too. I was there in 1948, I think, when raethr young I do remember it being very hot. We checked into a motel and a couple hours later my mother went out to the car for something, grabbed the steering wheel and suffered severe burns on her hand!I had to laugh when I saw this photo. When you wrote of a shark tank I thought immediately of Wall Street and someone floating down the middle of it! Now, that's dangerous if you're just a poor commoner!
